If everything looks good, I’ll send over the agreement and terms. Once it’s signed and the payment is complete, we begin. We can also sign your NDA if required.

You’ll get access to a dedicated Trello board where you can submit requests in any format — plain text, a Google Doc link, or even a short Loom video. Only one task is active at a time, while the rest stay in the queue. If needed, I can also consider working within your task management tool.

It depends on complexity: quick tasks may take just a few hours, while larger screens or dashboards can take several days. Bigger projects are broken down into parts and delivered step by step, so you get tangible results every week.

Revisions are unlimited within the active task. We keep iterating until the result is ready for production.

Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time. Unused days are saved and remain available for up to 6 months (rollover).

The monthly plan is billed 100% upfront before work begins. You can renew month by month, with no long-term commitment. Refunds are not available for completed work, but you can pause your subscription anytime and resume later. For new clients, if you decide to cancel within the first 7 days, a full refund is provided.

All projects are created in Figma, with organized files, components, and design systems. Once the work is delivered and paid for, you receive full rights to use, modify, and distribute the designs without restrictions. Source files are always shared with you, and the intellectual property belongs entirely to your company.

I take on a maximum of 3 active clients. The number of available slots is always shown on the website.
