Designing a fast-moving startup meant building the entire ecosystem at once — from complex dashboard flows and design systems to brand identity, marketing pages, and investor materials.
Each layer had to evolve in sync, supporting a product still being defined while maintaining clarity, speed, and scalability.
A strong visual identity plays a key role in user engagement and overall brand perception.
I designed the BrandSwap logo mark — a symbol of connection and exchange between brands. It reflects the platform’s core idea of collaboration and mutual growth, becoming a key element that strengthens recognition and emotional engagement across all touchpoints.
Over 800 screens and interface elements designed in two years — only a small part of the work is shown here.
I created a consistent mini design system with a clear and flexible UI Kit, ensuring visual harmony across the platform. An interactive prototype allowed the team to test complex flows and speed up development.
Multiple versions of marketing pages were designed and tested to find what truly works.
From the homepage and blog to dedicated pages for Retailers, Advertisers, and About Us — every layout was refined through iteration. Each block was carefully thought out, with interactive elements that help users better understand the platform and drive higher conversion into the product.
Designing intuitive, data-driven dashboards for both advertisers and retail partners — bringing clarity to complex campaign management.
The goal was to create a clear and efficient interface for managing campaigns on one side, and tools for retail platforms on the other. Working from limited input and early wireframes, I designed a clean and practical system that streamlined workflows and improved usability. The result was a polished product that helped BrandSwap secure partnerships with Shopify and Currys, driving user growth and stronger performance metrics.
Creating clear infographics to visualize BrandSwap’s ecosystem and sales funnels.
I designed several infographic models to illustrate how Hosts and Advertisers interact within the BrandSwap marketplace. These visuals helped present the platform’s value and workflow more effectively — both for internal use and investor presentations.
